Animals are classified based on their characteristics, families, and species. For that matter, they are only suited for habitats that correspond to their sort. Sailors who were aboard a naval vessel off the coast of Sri Lanka noticed a massive gray lump floating in the sea near them. Apparently, the said military ship was around nine or ten miles away from Kokkilai when they decided to go near the strange thing which happened to be an elephant. It wasn’t strange at all for elephants in Asia and Sri Lanka to be seen floating in water since they are fond of swimming. But, the sailors conducted a rescue operation since the animal is too far away from the shore.source:youtube
